Finn Valley Athletics
A bus load of children went to the annual Primary Schools Athletics Day at the Finn Valley Athletics Centre in Stranorlar, on Wednesday 1st of May. We were delighted when five pupils qualified for the finals, to be held on Wednesday 15th May. Brooke (6th class) qualified in the 100m and 800m, Adam (6th class) qualified in the shot, Charlie (5th class) qualified in the shot and the turbo javelin, Devin (4th class) qualified in the 600m and Cayden (2nd class) qualified in the 80m.
A massive congratulations to Devin who came 3rd in the final of the 600m and to Adam who came second in the final of the shot! Well done Devin and Adam, a fantastic achievement.
