School Times
School re-opens in September each year for the new school year.
School Hours: 9.10am-2.50pm
The school opens at 9.10am daily and all pupils are expected to be in school at this time. The school is not responsible for pupils before this time or after school hours. Formal classes begin at 9.30am
- Junior & Senior Infants: 9.10am – 1.50pm
Please ensure your child is collected promptly at the classroom door at this time.
- 1st-6th Class: 9.10am – 2.50pm
If you cannot collect your child from school and if you are sending someone the teacher has not met, please inform the class teacher.
Breaktime: 11.00 am – 11.15 am
Lunchtime: - 1.00 pm – 1.30 pm
Assembly
This weekly time of worship is held on Friday morning and is often led by the pupils from the different classes choosing a different theme each week. School Assembly provides an opportunity for the whole school to meet together.
Written communications to parents
Newsletters / notes for parents are issued on yellow paper to the oldest child in the family.
